This Garmin gpsmap 76csx unit is supposed to be done for marine use, but it makes more sense to be used for mapping an area or around waypoint mapping and so on. It ‘great for street use and the display color really helps to distinguish the features. The map is is damn near useless so ready to fork over another $ 150 for a new set of maps (typical Garmin). If you have the money and get more than one set of maps is great capacity removable card memory. It ‘really easy to use as my technologically dysfunctional mother picked up the basics in a few minutes tops.

Garmin Nuvi 265 WT before a long trip. We had no problems with it, and it works fine. It is easy to use. Sometimes we will drive to a location that would not normally be on the basis of looking at a map, but one way or another, it will take us where we should go properly. Great works to recalculate a route if you miss a turn or come across a closed path. The only thing I did not like is that we were not able to add our own pathways. We take certain routes for certain places and I want those in the program, but have not yet found a way to do it. It would be nice to put in our way or planned route and just follow the Garmin rather than to look closely at the road signs, or know-how in advance when to turn. We really like the “points of interest” feature and function of the traffic. It ‘very accurate to calculate exactly what time we arrive at your destination. My brother also used it in Toronto, Canada, and said it worked very well there too. Highly recommended
